Back in 1997, Turner Features cranked out a sweet little film to a minimum of fanfare which received little endorsement and had theater runs as short as 2 weeks. Sounds pretty lame, doesn't it? Nevertheless, Cats Don't Dance still caught the attention of those in the industry that year as it won the Annie Award for best feature. The CDD 5 yr. Anniversary Art Page!

The idea was simple, - the 'At the Movies' theme is a follow up from the movie poster parodies at the end of CDD and was to be a sort of 'everyman' event. The talent on this page is indeed is quite varied, from kids to animation professionals, but all are CDD fans, all doing homage to the film they love. Thanks again guys, and hope to see you all again along the way to a 10 yr. anniversary! :)
