Background:

Foghorn Leghorn has always commanded attention, no matter where he’s been.  In fact, he can’t seem to recall a time that he wasn’t direct or knew exactly what he wanted.  Even when learning the fine art of crowing and general roosterin’ from his father, the young Leghorn never backed away from a chance to show his worth.  However, he also always made a point to pay attention to his elders, and claims that he always knew when to shut up.

When Foghorn became old enough, he took over for his father at the local farm, also doing a bit of radio on the side.  Luckily, an out of town big wig happened to hear his broadcast one day and signed him with a studio that was desperate for a rooster who knew how to take charge.  Foghorn did a number of features with Bug Bunny, as well as a few of his own, but he couldn’t bring himself away from life on the farm.  He made frequent trips back home when he wasn’t shooting and made it his business to give advice to up and coming roosters, as well as anyone else that was within earshot.

Considered to have the most domineering voice on film and radio, Foghorn Leghorn has never been able to or wanted to leave the entertainment business behind.  Currently, in addition to his entertainment career, he keeps an eye on the local chickens and keeps the local dog in line.
