Colonel Spigot has been one of the more popular judges on "DANCE! Or You Will Be Shot."  The military sponsored Thembrian version of "Dancing With the Toon Stars."  Despite being a commander in the Thembrian Air Force his list of credits is impressive, even if it is short.  One of his more famous-or rather infamous-productions was the air show during Thembria's Patriotic Flounder Day festivities. 

 

Spigot tends to focus more on form and technique, unblinking in his criticism.  While he can hobble together a compliment when he sees fit, those times don't come often.
