The youngest of three older brothers and sisters, Woolie looked far different then he does today. He was small and soft voiced, unabashedly shy, it took him till junior high before he really found himself having to take two electives to fill his schedule. The only two available were a music composition class and a musical theater. Suffice to say, he fell in love with the two classes, and made plans to take more after college.

Unfortunately, his parents did not agree with his career choice. After they found out that he was using the money they were supplying for art classes rather then a law degree, he had his funds cut. Unable to afford college, he had to drop his classes and found himself off in the real world with no support at all. Putting all he owned in a suitcase, he headed off to the only place he thought he might make it: Hollywood. Sadly, Hollywood was not all it was cracked up to be, and the most he found was a bit part replacement for Mammoth Studios Mascot. Things continued that way till the big animal breakthrough.

After the success at the Premiere of Little Ark Angel, Woolie was flooded with movie offers . Some of his more memorable works have been as the Major General Stanley in The Pirates of Penzance, his role as King Arthur in Guinevere and Lancelot, as well as co-starring with Cranston Goat in the two box office hits, Grumpy Old Men and Grumpier Old Men.
